Board meeting: 2/21/24

At our February gathering, the PFC board discussed our upcoming board elections and annual meeting (more to come on that soon!), future member outreach events, and new processes for reviewing our existing board policies. We welcome the opportunity for self-reflection and evolution in response to our current co-op’s needs, inspired by our working session with Columinate consultant Ben Sandel and our ongoing commitment to John and Miriam Carver’s policy governance model
