This is the fastest way to make broccoli into a winning taste sensation.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<br \/>\n    1 bunch broccoli<br \/>\n    3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided<br \/>\n    2 teaspoons lemon zest<br \/>\n    2 tablespoons lemon juice<br \/>\n    1\/2 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n    1\/2 teaspoon pepper<br \/>\n    1\/4 cup chopped walnuts<br \/>\n    1\/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese<\/p>\n<p>Preparation<br \/>\n    1. Preheat the broiler on high.<br \/>\n    2. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets, then peel and chop the stems. Place on a large sheet pan. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and toss to coat.<br \/>\n    3. Spread the walnuts on a small baking sheet and place on the bottom rack of the oven while the broccoli cooks.<br \/>\n    4. Broil the broccoli for 2 to 3 minutes at a time, turning the florets with tongs as they darken and crisp on the edges. This will take around 8 minutes. Remove from broiler and cool on a rack.<br \/>\n    5. In a cup, stir the remaining olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and pour over the warm broccoli. Toss to coat.<br \/>\n    6.
