Try it atop lettuce or stuffed in a pita.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<br \/>\n    1\/4 cup mayonnaise<br \/>\n    1\/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt<br \/>\n    1 1\/2 tablespoons curry powder<br \/>\n    1 teaspoon sea salt<br \/>\n    4 cups cooked shredded chicken breast<br \/>\n    1 cup chopped pitted dates<br \/>\n    1 cup sliced green onions<br \/>\n    2 cups quartered grapes<br \/>\n    1 bag prewashed salad greens<br \/>\n    1\/2 cup sliced almonds<\/p>\n<p>Preparation<br \/>\nMix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, curry powder and sea salt. Toss with the chicken, dates, onions and grapes. Place a scoop of salad on a bed of greens on each serving plate, and top with sliced almonds.<br \/>\nServing Suggestion<\/p>\n<p>Mildly curried and slightly sweet, this salad makes a delicious sandwich, wrapped in sturdy lettuce leaves or stuffed in a whole-wheat pita.
