This strawberry version is an appealing pink drink with the fragrance of cardamom.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<br \/>\n    1 1\/2 cups frozen or fresh strawberries<br \/>\n    1\/2 cup plain yogurt<br \/>\n    1\/2 cup milk<br \/>\n    1\/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger<br \/>\n    2 pinches ground cardamom<br \/>\n    1 1\/2 tablespoons honey<br \/>\n    1\/4 teaspoon rosewater (optional)<\/p>\n<p>Preparation<br \/>\n    Put all the ingredients in a blender. Secure the lid and blend until smooth.<br \/>\n    Serve over ice, if desired.<\/p>\n<p>Serving Suggestion<br \/>\nServe after a spicy curry or alone as a delicious probiotic breakfast or snack.
