It also goes well with chicken, shrimp or tofu, so you can always add more heft to this dish by adding some extra protein.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-recipe-ingred view-mode-full\">\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 7-inch single-serving pizza crusts, pre-baked<\/li>\n<li>6 tablespoons prepared Thai peanut sauce<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 scallions, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 large red chile, slivered<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup alfalfa sprouts<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons peanuts<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon lime juice<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon soy sauce or fish sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-recipe-prep view-mode-full\">\n<div>\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the two pizza crusts on a sheet pan. Spread the peanut sauce on the two crusts. Bake the crusts for 10-12 minutes, until hot and crisp on the bottom.
