Infuse hearty whole grain oats with nutritious milk and yogurt, flavored with peanut butter, while you sleep.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<br \/>\n    1\u00bd cups 2% milk<br \/>\n    1\/2 cup Greek yogurt<br \/>\n    3 tablespoons peanut butter<br \/>\n    1 cup rolled oats<br \/>\n    1 large apple<br \/>\n    1\/2 teaspoon cinnamon<br \/>\n    1 tablespoon honey, optional<\/p>\n<p>Preparation<br \/>\n    1. Place the milk, yogurt and peanut butter in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Stir in the oats and cover; refrigerate overnight.<br \/>\n    2. In the morning, chop the apple. Divide the oat mixture between two bowls and top with the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and, if desired, drizzle with honey.<\/p>\n<p>Serving Suggestion<br \/>\nFor breakfast on the go, divide the oats into two one-pint, wide-mouth mason jars, \u2014 then just add the toppings in the morning.
